You can place your orders by telephone, fax or email. For an efficient and error-free service, we will request you to use our item codes when placing the orders. These codes will be always available to your in our catalog. In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our shipping department has a weekly schedule for the routes Niagara delivers to. Once you are informed by our Customer Service Reps. of your route schedule, we will require you to place your orders not later than 1:30pm the day before your designated order shipping date. There is a $450 minimum order for delivery. There is a $40 Special Order Delivery Charge for orders that do not meet this minimum and when deliveries need to be scheduled at the customer’s request requiring delivery by our sales force. Pick-up hours are 9:00am to 3:30pm. Please make arrangements accordingly.
