Who can order from Niagara?

Do you have minimum order requirements?
Niagara offers free shipping for orders above $450 and that are within our weekly scheduled routes in South Florida. Please see our Logistics section or call us for further information. There is a $40 additional charge to cover expenses for orders that do not reach our MOQ.
What product and brands do you carry?
We carry a wide range of Food Service and Bakery products that Niagara has been building throughout its almost 30 years of existence. We represent most of the highly recognized American brands in the sector, as well as some well known imported brands.
How long will it take to get my products?
It depends. We have routes where we deliver daily or weekly, depending on the location. Please see our Logistics section or call us for further information. For international customers, please see our Export section or contact our Export Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out about our bi-weekly dry and reefer container details and schedule.
What are your payment terms?
All new accounts are required to pay in advance. The best and fastest way to release your orders is through payment by credit card. We take Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover.
Are your products Kosher?
Yes, most of our products are Kosher. Please see our Kosher catalog, website or call us for specific information on our Kosher products.
How do I open a new account?
The first thing you need to do is fill out our Customer Information Form and fax it to us at (954) 683 6775. Please allow at least 24 hours, and you can then start placing your orders.

What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are currently closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Pick Ups are accepted Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm.
How do I get pricing information?
There are a couple options: Contact our office and we will be happy to confirm pricing over the phone once you have registered as customer. If it is your preference, we can schedule a meeting with a sales representative as well.
Who is my Sales Representative?

Does Niagara deliver on Holidays?
We deliver throughout the year, except for the following Holidays:
- New Year
- 4th of July
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Christmas Day
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Niagara has been shipping to the Caribbean since the beginning of its existence. Please see our Export section for full details or contact our Export Department at (954) 925 6775.
Do you sell retail?
Yes. We have a Cash & Carry outlet where, in addition to our wide range of international food products, you can also use to buy our wholesale items. Please, see our Logistics section for further details.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Customers located in Florida will be charged a 6% sales tax as stated by the law.
