DELIVERY
Our Shipping Department has a set schedule for several different routes throughout the state that Niagara deliveries to. Once you are informed by our Customer Service Representatives of your route schedule, we will require you to place your orders not later than 1:30pm the day before your designated order shipping date. If you are uncertain of your schedule or if your area is not listed below, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your business in our routes if at all possible. Also, please note that slight variations may occur due to unforeseen events. If there is any occasional change in your route, we will try inform you ahead of time. There is a $350 minimum order for delivery. There is a $40 Special Delivery Charge for orders that do not meet this minimum or if deliveries need to be scheduled at the customer’s request and delivered by our sales force. See attachment for a list of cities we currently deliver to. If your location is not listed here, feel free to contact us to discuss possibilities of including it in our route if at all possible.
PICK UP
You are always welcome to pick up your orders yourself. Once you have placed your order we ask that you give us one hour to get the order and paperwork ready for you. Please present yourself at our front office to sign the necessary documents to proceed to our warehouse to pick up your orders.

Our hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday & Sunday – Closed
Important: no orders will be accepted after 3:00pm for same day pickups.
CASH & CARRY (Ralph’s International Market)
Our retail store and deli are open to the general public with a wide variety of imported food products. Located on the premises it’s the perfect solution for those of you interested in visiting our store for unique food items. You can also purchase Niagara’s Food Service products at the store. In addition, our deli serves fresh and affordable priced breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday.
